Recently, Hangzhou Zhengda Medical Devices Co., Ltd. conducted specialized product knowledge training and a factory tour for its employees. The event focused on the functional features, application areas, 

operational logic, and practical usage scenarios of the company’s core products, including joint rehabilitation devices, electric pneumatic hemostats, cold air therapy devices, sputum suction machines, smokeless 

moxibustion therapy devices, and steam therapy devices. The primary objective was to deepen employees’ understanding of the product portfolio and strengthen their capabilities in providing after-sales service and communicating with customers.
